2026 Program:

September 23- 6.30pm-7.30pm Free Introductory Session

Join us for a free introductory meeting to get to know each other, learn about the program and its methodology, and have all your questions answered before we begin.

September 30 – Understanding My Emotions Instead of Fighting Them

Together, we will learn how to recognize the emotions that arise during the fertility journey, distinguish them from our thoughts, and develop practical strategies to manage them with greater calm and self-compassion.

→ So your emotions no longer feel like they are controlling your journey.

October 7 – Understanding Reproductive Grief: Naming What I Am Going Through

Infertility often involves invisible losses that those around us may not recognize. In this session, we will explore what reproductive grief is, how it manifests, and how to begin processing it without feeling the need to hide it or “get over it.”

→ To understand that your pain is valid and begin navigating it with greater self-compassion.

October 14– Living with Uncertainty: Finding My Inner Anchor

We will explore how to live with uncertainty without remaining in a constant state of anxiety. You will learn practical tools to reconnect with the present whenever your mind starts worrying about the future.

→ To regain a sense of stability, even when answers haven’t arrived yet.

October 21– My Fertility Journey: Building Trust and Making Informed Decisions

We will reflect on where you are in your fertility journey and explore how to develop a more confident, informed, and collaborative relationship with your medical team.

→ To feel empowered in your decisions and more confident throughout your treatment.

October 28 – Nutrition and Supplements: Caring Without Obsessing

We will discuss evidence-based recommendations, separate facts from myths, and explore how to avoid turning food into another source of pressure or guilt.

→ To nourish your body from a place of balance rather than perfection.

November 4– Movement and Physical Activity: Reconnecting with My Body

We will discover how movement can become a powerful tool for reducing stress, improving emotional wellbeing, and rebuilding a kinder relationship with your body.

→ To care for yourself with compassion instead of self-criticism.

November 11 – Taking Care of Myself Around Others

We will learn how to set healthy boundaries, respond to difficult comments, and decide when to share your fertility journey—and when to protect your privacy.

→ To stay connected with others while honoring your emotional needs.

November 18 – Asking for Help Is Also a Strength

We will identify the people who make up your support network and explore how to ask for the kind of support you truly need.

→ To feel less alone and more supported throughout your journey.

November 25– Rediscovering good vibes and Recharging Your Energy

Trying to conceive doesn’t have to put your life on hold. We will reconnect with activities, projects, and experiences that bring joy, purpose, and emotional renewal.

→ To remember that caring for yourself is also part of your fertility journey.

December 2 – Integration, Reflection, and Closing

We will conclude the program by reviewing your Fertility Wheel, celebrating your progress, and creating a personal plan to continue caring for yourself beyond the program.

→ To move forward with greater confidence, balance, and emotional resilience.
